Bag filter is a new filtration system, filter bag supported within the metal basket, the liquid flows into the inlet, filtered through the bag out from the exit, impurities were intercepted in the bag, the bag after the replacement can continue to use.
 
Classification of bag filter: single bag filter, multi bag filter, sandwich filter and plastic rubber filter



Bag filter works by pressure filtration. The bag filter comprises three sections: the filter vessel, a support wire basket, filter bags. 
 
The liquid to be filtered from the top or side of the bag filter injected directly into the filter bag, a uniform distribution of the filter bag, there is no negative effect of turbulence; particles were filtered are trapped in the filter bag, the filter bag can be replaced or cleaning. 
 
Bag filter types: single bag filter, multi bag filter. There insulation jacket with filters, duplex filters, filter carts move for selected customers. 
 
Single bag filter model: the 1st filter, the 2nd filter, the filter on the 3rd, the 4th filters, the 5th filter. 
 
Single bag filter forms: side-, top-in, little traffic. 
 
Multi-bag filter Model: 2,3,4,5,6bag. 
 
Multi-bag filter forms: boom-style, low boom, horizontal, double-intrusive 
 
Material: Stainless steel SUS304, SUS316, PP polypropylene

Working Principle:
Bag type filter is a pressure filtration device,which is mainly composed of filtration cylinder, cylinder cover and fast open structure, stainless steel strengthen filtration bag, and etc. When filtrate flows from side entrance of filter shell into the pipe bag, the bag itself is installed inside the enhanced basket, liquid penetrates bag with required fineness grade that can be provided with qualified filtrate, impurities and particles were intercepted by bag. It is very easy to replace the filter bags, there is hardly no material to be consumed.
